MMS1 can be used to define SC plus an acid activator or just be called MMS.

MMS2 is calcium hypochlorite powder inside a capsule. Protocol 2000 calls for filling a size 0 capsule one-half full. You may be able to take more.

Interesting - so my full capsules of calc hypochlorite are too much? You mention Protocol 2000 is based on half full capsules. I bought 2 bottles of capsules which are full or maybe not...I'd better look.
