Hey GJP! I put it on the blisters and and also in my boxers which I used like a cup to catch the cinnamon that fell. Then I used what fell out to cover all other areas around where the sores are. I also started taking L-Lysene last night 2000 mg and again 2000 mg this morning. I will take another 2000 mg this evening.

So how do I take the MMS 1 and 2 together? How much?

Also, is DMSO available to purchase locally somewhere? I'd rather get started with it now than have to wait for it to arrive in the mail.

MMS2 I would do at the 30 interval every 120 minutes so 1st would be either 8:30 or 9:30 and every two hours after.

The L- lysine take it the four grams in 2 hour period, in other word, take 2 at 9 then 2 at 10 or 1gr every hours, but not too many hours apart.

The MMS is every hour, the MMS2 is every two hours but that the protocol for a person with Cancer. You dont have cancer. If you going to take the MMS2 take the MMS2 every 2 hours and get MMS1 in inmersion bath, because is just your genital find something that you can sit on the water and hot as you can tolerate. I believe both at the same time is too much for you. Take mms2 today every two or three hours is is too strong for you. And use MMS1 in bath. Use coconut water it has antiviral properties instead of regular water.

I often suggest the Cancer protocol as HSV2 is so hard to beat when embedded long time.
Coconut also has anti inflammatory properties.
