Wiz, if you made CDH instead of MMS, the hourly doses would all be the same as CDH is mostly fully activated. The idea behind eight 4 fl oz bottles is that 2 or 3 can be carried in one's pockets for easy hourly dosing. No added water needed.

A friend works at a lumber mill and used that method and it worked for him. He could not carry a 1 quart or liter bottle with him. During breaks, he would switch the now empty bottles of CDH for full bottles.

Any who perpetuate that MMS is bleach, are misinformed.

THANK YOU for such a simplified explanation. A friend that I was talking to - said that you guys
are drinking bleach (a friend of hers from U.K. had been searching the web she said).

I told her that that was NOT true - told her to read the section from Jim's book on what MMS is - but this short explanation of yours is so much simpler. I will send it to her right away. Thanks again.

10-4 What my experience is I will draw from I have 30 ml plastic bottles that I supply with my kits. The 30 Ml bottle has a dropper top. I activate MMS drops inside the mixer 30Ml bottle, squeeze drops after activation > addition of DMSO if using DMSO> into cap, assemble cap> cap under tongue to avoid any chance of taste from residual on outside of gel cap> swallow with half to full glass of water.

Or am I confused???

Now the critics will be rolling over when they hear we are Activating "bleach" with Hydrochloric acid.... however if they prefer the Frankenstein surgery and the death drugs... they are welcome to them. There are many who may never understand MMS, and they are welcome to western meds.

Yes, capsules do work, but filling them when at work would be iffy, IMHO. And, one is limited on how much chlorine dioxide will fit in one capsule. They also melt in 1 to 2 minutes plus you need to drink water with the capsule. Some folks have a hard time getting any pill down including me.

CDH is mostly activated and 4 fl oz bottles can be filled at home and taken anywhere. No mixing need be done wherever you are; just drink one bottle every hour. And lots of CLO2 will fit inside, too.

Lots of ways to make & take MMS - different strokes for different folks.

Day 4 of my Intro was on 2/25. I used 12 drops of MMS/50%citric acid and made 6 servings. I had a short day where I had to leave the office at 11am (for a long drive and then a long meeting), so I took 6 doses at 7:15, 8:00, 8:45, 9:30, 10:15, & 11:00. My only "change" has been in increase in trips to the bathroom. ...and ZERO abdominal pains. As my physical tests came back with no helpful results, I'm beginning to think I may have had an "excess candida" problem. At least, that is what my reading seems to point toward. Today I'm going to 25 drops in 9 servings! (Almost there!)

Good to hear you are making strides, no pain is a good thing...

You do not have to complete 21 days.
If healed, do a few more days or dosess and stop if you feel healed.
MMS taken weekly or daily afterwards prevents illness from occurring.
I buy my plastic HDPE bottles at Industrial Plastics in Canada.

Rev Ray - Actually, I have had several people wanting info on MMS - after I share about Scots healing. My goal is to spread the word.

Wizardly -- When I finished my 21 days of Protocol 1000 + - I did as Jim Humble's web site says in

Protocol 14 --

"just begin taking 6 drops of MMS every day" A maintenance dose for any person over 60 should be about 6 drops a day, either in the morning or in the evening. Remember, no coffee, chocolate, carbonated drinks, orange juice, or any kind of juice with added vitamin C or ascorbic acid in it within a full hour of taking your maintenance dose. A maintenance dose for a younger person can be twice a week of 4 to 6 drops...."

We also if we feel like a cold or something might be trying to get a hold of us - then we go back on the 3 drop dose for a day or two. Always stops it.
