not the way i planned it

i started on cds and felt i was getting somewhere. then i had trouble with mms and citric supply. then i got my new lot, made some cdh and started over again.

i started on hourly doses of mms activated 3 drops (that was what i had been taking with cds) and all went well the first day and i was going to do one dose mms and one dose cdh but halfway through the day i got really bad stomach and diarrhoea probs.

i cut the dose down to two drops but no improvement the next day went to one drop still no improvement so i stopped altogether, and am now having probs sitting.

i dont understand why this happened as i was taking the same dose before with cds and had no prob.

i feel really drained at present and dont know if its just the pathogens being released or what. i also feel very tired. so far (day 5) it appears to be settling as i have only rushed to toilet 4 times today.

what i am wondering now is how long does mms stay in the body as its 2 days since my last dose, and i am a bit worried of starting it again.

how long should i leave it before trying again.

Hi Jeffers,

CDS doesn't have any sodium chlorite in it so it's quite a bit different than MMS.

I'd recommend you just stop until you feel better and then start-up again on just CDH. Maybe start at 1ml per dose and see how that goes and then gradually increase.

I have seen a few times where person using MMS has this condition you are experiencing for four days.
Sorry buddy, thats my observation of those whom I've served.
The good news is after 4 days...You begin to feel really great.

i have been 6 times now and its day 5 i have not had any mms or cdh.it has given me piles as well that are bleeding light colored blood which is some thing i have not had for along time i am going to leave it a few days to see how i go. also wondering if i have got a bug but dont think so as the symptoms tally with the diverfticulosis i have. ghopefully its a healing crisis
