I am glad to say I feel a lot better and the pain and burning are gone.
I don't have the chance to get MMS2 here as well as cranberries - I live in turkey.
So I went with the advice to drink 1 teasppon of DMSO twice a day. Also I wash my private area with a mixture of 10 activ. MMS drops in 500ml of water.
A lady here in turkey adviced me to drink parsley juice 2-3 times/day, which I did so that might have helped as well.
I will continue this for a few more days and then slowly cut down.
