Hi.
A few days ago I begun using MMS (optima sodium chlorite mineral solution 28% and optima activator marine salt acid HCL4% - 1:1 mix)

I started progressive the first 4 days like in the general protocol, then I decided to start doing Protocol 1000.
I started with 1 drop per hour, 8 hours a day - I felt a little bad that day. The next day (yesterday) I used 1.2 drops per hour but I felt bad all day long. I felt like my stomach is full and is not digesting anything, even if I eat less in that period. Today I am having a break, and tomorrow if I feel good I will start again.
Any of you had this problems?

By the way, I am using MMS for my stomach problems (helicobacter pylori), intestinal parasits, varicocele, gingival retraction

Hi anty21ro,

It sounds like you have a very sensitive stomach so I'd recommend trying CDH. In the meantime though just adjust to a level where you don't have the nausea problem and also I'd recommend activating your drops for 1 full minute instead of 20 or 30 seconds. That will more fully activate the SC (sodium chlorite) and hopefully will help a little with your stomach upset until you get some CDH made.

Also,
if using classic MMS and citric acid, wait 60 seconds or as long as 600 seconds before ingestion. This gives more external to body activation time and is thought to reduce stomach issues.
You can also put the active drops in gel caps, as this also may reduce stomach issues
You have upset the balance of structure in your system and eating etc may be not as usual due to die off.

You can also start very slowly - say activate 1 drop of MMS and place it in an 8 oz container, then drink 1 oz an hour for 8 hours. That starts very low and slow - at 1/8 of a drop an hour - You would then do 2 drops the next day, taking you to 1/4 of a drop an hour.

Sometimes the stomach distress means that you're killing off more bugs than you can get rid of, so the body throws a little diarrhea at you to get that stuff out.

Any time you get diarrhea or nausea, I'd stop dosing for the day and start again the next day at the last dose you could do before you had problems. Stay with that dosing for a couple of days before you move forward.

Ok, I will then reduce the quantity per hour and see how I feel ... if I have the same symptoms I will reduce more and maybe take the dose every 2 hours ... if same, I'll try CDH.
