Garden hose washer inside the cap

For anyone the looking to make a glass bottle with a rubber seal all you have to do is get a alcoholic beverage glass bottle like vodka, whiskey,wine etc. and place a garden hose washer inside the cap.

In other words, everybody knows about the little rubber washer that you need to seal garden hoses with?

Just find a glass bottle around the same size as a garden hose fitting and glue the washer inside the cap or if you're lucky the washer will fit snugly without gluing it.

I've done this with a glass vodka bottle and it works perfect.

I think it would be best to stay away from the rubber kind and get a vinyl or silicone type instead though. They usually have little nubs on the outer perimeter like this red one here:
