Hypothyroidism

Hi. I have been using protocol 1000 for diabetes. I am almost cured. I just discovered on the list of the Genesis 11 Church that Hypothyroidism can be cure also with protocol 1000 plus Iodine 50-100mg daily. My question is can I add the iodine to the protocol 1000 since I am already on the fifth week of using this protocol. and when succesful results am I going to be in Maintenance on iodine too? I feel iodine after healing will help you stay well.
You can tell if low on Iodine.
Wipe a swatch on arm.
If gone in 24 hrs or less, you are low in Iodine.
I read Lugols is best
Many of us I suspect, are low in Iodine today.

I read that Iodine is both an oxidant and antioxidant...
Might keep them separated till a more conclusive answer

yes swatch of iodine on arm is good.
I can not decide which is better.
Iodine at night or MMS.
My personal healing journey I used MMS at night before bed, giving the body ample time to process the MMS kill.
In those days 12-15 in water

Alternate...
One night do MMS before bed, another Iodine.
