I'm very new to this and have read Jim Humble's new book, but I didn't read anything about when you are supposed to eat your meals during your 8 or 10 hour day of taking MMS every hour. Doesn't eating a meal interfere with the solution?

Food does and doesn't interfere.
Some have developed tables of when to eat and when to intake MMS.
You can do same. Avoid antioxidants, coffee, OJ and anything with added Vit C and you should be fine.
MMS works on semi filled stomach so take MMS before eating is my recommendation.
