I can't say how great a reference book this is for everyone here.

If you get the digital book, it's so easy to look up any word in the find feature of your reader and it takes you right to the references.

It's also great for testimonials and from the standpoint of realizing if these children can take MMS products without any problems over such long periods of times, than it's obviously fine for adults too.
