List of foods and beverages you can take while on mms/cds protocol

I think this topic warrants a thread of its own. Does anyone have a list of food and drink items with low/trace antioxidant levels?

I have to look each up on google when I am curious. Jim doesn't really dictate a diet, a lot of it is common sense. He is definitely not in favor of a vegan diet, though.
