MMS and Electrolytes was created by revdora
Hi. I get a lot of diarreah on even just 1 drop of MMS Cleansing water. I suspect it is throwing off my electrolytes and I am wondering if anyone knows of a way for me to get electrolytes in while taking the MMS cleansing water. I'd like to stay in balance while doing this. I eat very well... meat and vegetables.

Hi
I also have a problem with electrolytes. Mine started long before MMS. I found that I need to drink 1/4 teas Celtic sea salt mixed in water at least 4 times a day. If I am doing the enemas, I have to increase to every four hours. I have symptoms of low heart beat, Rest legs, numbness in hands, and muscle pain in calves and feet. Unfortunately my diet isn't what it should be with my IBS symptoms.

Recently I read that IBS is caused by Parasites.
That said www.cdautism.org as well look at Gerson theray and other methods to detox and clear liver and gall function.
If you have been ill a long while then I recommend tincture method to soften gall stones for flushing.
I can not opinionate on electrolytes however Seawater/salt restores minerals to body.Gatorade replenishes electrolytes according to the advertising if I recall correctly.
That said I helped someone for 25 years who was severely dehydrated every 30 days for 20 years requiring hospitalization day 5 or 6 or so..
We used unpasteurized honey to keep her body fed with the 26 enzymes required to sustain human blood. as well she used THC to induce appetite and stave off nausea. For over a decade this kept her alive while western docs fumbled.

Well, I took one day off and am going to move forward with one half drop to start. I purchased some electrolytes from the drug store and am taking them with water at night time to allow them to restore into my body... hoping of course that this will help with the severe diarrhea and to keep me healthy while I cleanse with the MMS1 Sacrament. Also giving myself a good dose of magnesium at night too... will let you know how it goes.

You want to keep your doses low enough that you are not having diarrhea - that's a situation where your die off is greater than you can work it out of the system through the normal channels - (urine, feces, etc.) - you need to back off and do less, rather than try to compensate. You can start as low as 1/8 of a drop an hour - go up very slowly. (As Jim says, start low and go slow)
If you do Gerston, you might consider that coffee enemas are highly antioxidant, and not do the enemas until at least 2 hrs after your last dose of MMS for the day.
I have had IBS in the past and this particular protocol has helped tremendously with this issue.

Thank you. I've lowered the dose as you suggested... so far things are settling down nicely. Appreciate your input Pam.

Revdora, I presume your are taking Classic MMS with citric acid as the activator. Some people don't tolerate CA very well, so you could try using 4% HCL instead of CA and see if that helps. HCL will also improve the taste a lot.
And instead of activating for 20 seconds, you could try 60 seconds which will more fully activate the sodium chlorite. In Kerri's new book, she has changed the activation time for Classic MMS from 20 to 60 seconds.

In another thread we learn that minerals like magnesium are dependant on our body supply of Hydrochloric acid HCl (same as used to activate CDH) to release them
We also learned that HCl is produced from zinc and sodium in body.
Elsewhere I learned that menopause is a magnesium deficiency.
To which I reason that adding zinc and sodium to allow the body to produce HCl to release Magnesium may be the course of action rather than supplementing magnesium, supplement zinc and sodium.
