Eliminate bad taste and smell completely !!

I have to reiterate this advice to those of you who cannot stand the taste and fumes of mms/cds.
I put drops in a gel capsule (you can get at the drugstore) and then swallow with distilled water. It dissolves as soon as it hits your stomach.

So easy if you are taking it every hour!

I believe MMS in any form in capsules will become the preferred method for very reasons you cite.

Both MMS1 and MMS2 end up being hydracholorous acid once in your stomach ~ right?

MMS2 becomes hydrochlorus acid.
MMS1 is ClO2

Thanks for the tip, Rustyboy. Those capsule are great. I use HCl and the first capsule I made came apart in my hands after the 1-minute waiting period. I put the second one in a dry cup and let it roll into my mouth after 1 minute. That worked, so the key was not handling it the second time.

For convenience now (and what a convenience) use the cds 6000 powder in the green bottle and the 4% hcl activater powder in the blue bottle. It comes as a kit. You just add water to each, shake up, then mix together. You then pour the mixture back in the two bottles equally and refrigerate. I then take out a bottle, flip the top spout, put the larger half of the gel cap over the top, invert the bottle and squeeze out 6 drops. Put back together and swallow with 4oz of distilled water. That's it!

I have been using the method for over a week and it's the best! I use the activation protocol I got from another topic on this forum that Jim put out recently which has instructions for activating capsules on page 4.

You can get a much larger dose into a capsule, and for me there has been zero upset stomach even with using the 35% citric acid. Example, 8 drops is 13.6 drops of MMS, and only 1/2 a size 1 capsule.

A couple tips: I use a small eyedropper bottle to make it, and make sure to rinse the cap briefly with cold water before swallowing. If there is any spillage on the outside it's nasty and burns. I wouldn't use warm water because it disintegrates the capsules before it gets to your mouth.

Hi Rusty - thanks for the CDS tip, too. I've been wary of using the CDS powder because I don't understand how it could make CDS because CDS is made from the fumes of activating MMS. I probably don't understand the CDS 6000 product.

Also a ml of CDS is supposed to be the dose used to = 1 activated MMS drop.

I have a message in to Scott asking for clarification on these protocols. as I understand the pdf it suggests less is more but from recent discussions with Scott, as I understand CDH(-12) each two drops equals one active drop of MMS.

The trouble with making things simple, is that it's so convoluted....
