larry Topic Author Offline Senior Member Posts: 71 Thank you received: 15	I'm trying to buy citric acid on the net. all I see is 100%. How do I make that into 50%? Do grocery stores sell 50%? A friend of mine just purchased about 2 oz of 50% and paid over $8.00. That is a little steep in my opinion. Pleas help with your insight.

Strandjutter.0222 Offline New Member Love for life Posts: 16 Thank you received: 18	Hi Larry, As far as I know you buy C.A. as a 100% powder and than mix it with distilled water in equal parts i.e. 50 grams powder in 50 gr water, giving you a 50% citric acid mixture for activation of your MMS. MMS (Master Mineral Solution) is Sodium Chlorite 28% (22.4% Sodium Chlorite, 5.6% Inert Salts and the remainder water) plus an acidic activator (usually 50% Citric Acid or 4% Hydrochloric Acid) when combined produces Chlorine Dioxide.
