MMS2 Question

I recently bought the MMS2 capsules that were a size 4. These are suppose to be 1/2 the size of the size 0. My question is on the start out phase can I take the size 4 or do I need to still just do a half of a capsule. Also can I mix the powder in with honey to take it?

You can try the honey - it needs to be cold and completely surround the powder -

Usually, we suggest that you start at a lower dose than the max dose capsule - if you've purchased already in the capsule, it's simply a matter of opening the capsule and dumping some out.

I will try just half the capsule. When you say completely surround does that mean completely mix together?

You will find that MMS2 tastes really abysmal - it needs to be in a capsule or you can use honey as long as you can keep the honey AROUND the MMS2 - so that the MMS2 doesn't come out in the throat, etc.
