hi ev1 i have tried three drops x 8 daily and had to stop after first day as being diabetic type 2 i have to eat regular to keep sugar levels under control so was having to eat in between doses.

the next day i upped the drops to 6 mms1 or cds (i have both) without any adverse effect. but because of food can only do it twice daily and i dont think it is doing anything.

i would really appreciate hearing from other type 2 diabetics to see how they are managing so i can adjust any tips they have to suit my situation.

i can understand why jim says it can take a long time for diabetics as the mms is being stopped from doing its full job by food, so i dont think i get a build up of it.

You can eat during the 8 hours you're on protocol - just try not to eat at the same time you're dosing - give yourself 15=30 minutes between dosing and eating.

It would be optimal - but the truth is, we need to eat, too. So, keeping that in mind, it's a case of we might lose some functionality of one dose, but better that than no help at all.

try the protocol 1000+ (adding DMSO)

DMSO will help the mitochondria membranes, and will increase sugar utilization (Krebs cycle)

you can add aceyl l carnitine to your diet

fish oil as well

and megadose vitamin B5 (pantothenic acid) (say 1000 mgs after each meal)

none of the above tips will interfere with MMS

Warm regards
