Protocol 1000 - herpes

I have just started mms on Saturday for HSV2 however, I have been on here reading different protocols for this. Can someone please help me as to what the proper protocol is? I am only taking this as recommended but from reading other posts it looks like there are many other things I am not taking. Also, I haven't had a breakout in 8 months and once I began taking this, I had a breakout. Is this normal? Can someone please shed some light?

typically 1000 alone may not eliminate the HSV2
MMS prevents protein formation that feeds virus, so is important to remain ON MMS. I find that HSV2 is harder to beat than many, maybe depending on how embedded the virus is as well as a persons own Chi.
Keep reading, keep taking MMS. I recommend capsule method 5 drop doses plus 5 drops DMSO in a capsule so no taste. Also DMSO MMS rubs to lower spine and base of neck.
Plus many other Chi elevating methods to help you rid yourself of the Virus are available to work with MMS. As far as I know MMS and THC oil are your best bets.
