Kerri with autism/mms website mentions one hour is not enough to allow for vitamin supplements that have anti oxidants, like A, C, K, E. I have to wait two hours, but she does not. I know Michael Harrah, says to follow what Kerri says. Any thoughts?

If you take all your supplements 2 hours after your last MMS/CDS/CDH dose of the day, then you have all night for them to dissipate.

I do what JB does. I've read here, from Pam I think, to take MMS 10 to 12 hours after antioxidants and to take antioxidants 2 hours after MMS.
