can I eat food with lots of tumeric on mms? was created by lila108
I like to put about a teaspoon of tumeric in my food...I know you are supposed to avoid anti oxidants while on mms...should I wait the two hours before eating the food?

Are you eating all the food or sharing it with family members?

Usually, something like tumeric would be OK as a spice in cooking, but not OK as a supplement.
