Hello all, I'm still learning about mms and how to use it. One of he two questions I have is about distilled water. In my local convenience store they sell Glaceau Smart Water distilled water, which has in it magnesium, potassium, calcium, and electrolytes. Will any of these additives neutralized the mms? Also, saw on youtube that grape juice is good to help with taste, but doesn't grape juice have vitamin C, which is not suppose to be mixed with mms? Thanks to anyone who can help with these questions. I'm planning on making enough mms to last the whole 8 hours, with some distilled water and mostly grape juice. What's you guys think about that?

I would try it with water first - only move to something like juice or soda if you can't do the water.

OK, maybe I can tough it out with water. I just keep reading about how bad it taste, but given the benefits, bad taste is a small price.

Taste is such an individual thing. If you start with 1 drop activated in 4 oz of water, you'll find hardly any taste at all. A lot of the people who show up here were around for the "old way" of doing MMS - which was working up to 15 drops, 3x a day. That definitely had a lot of "taste" - LOL.

Remember that most of what people call taste is actually smell (MMS is primarily a gas called chlorine dioxide) - I use swimmers nose plugs - sometimes it's just enough to drink the dose without breathing in and then immediately drinking a little extra water (with nothing in it) -

The goal is good health - ultimately -

Another thing. A person is suppose to take mms for 8 hours straight, but suppose to be an hour before and after you eat. Obviously, eat breakfast first and then start an hour later with first dose, but what about lunch. It will be a two hour gap due to lunch as far as taking mms hour before and after, but the protocol calls for taking it each hour. How do you guys work that out?

I am a fairly new user, but I started out with adding 1 drop of DMSO to each drop of activated MMS and the taste isn't bad at all. I now am doing the
maintenance dose of 6 drops of each - stilll not a bad taste.

We just did the MMS before we ate and then followed with lunch and dinner. The way I figures it from all I had read, the main thing was that the
MMS hit an empty stomach, to get better results from it.
