MMS ?

I have a question perhaps you could help with. After mixing the MMS with the 10% Citric Acid 1/5 ratio...1) Is it ok if an extra drop or 2 of Citric Acid drops in the mix or does it need to be exact? 2) After waiting the 3 minutes and adding the distilled water, can I add a squeeze or two of fresh lemon juice to taste or will this change the chemical structure? Thank you!

MMSmia, an extra drop or two of 10% citric acid is fine. Since lemon juice can be used as an acid activator, it should also be okay to add. I may test the latter to see if there is any loss of CLO2 concentration.

Interesting question, raising another one for me to MMSmia: what would be the purpose of adding extra drops of citric acid or lemon juice? is it in case of dropping too many by accident? or for the taste? (just wondering)
