Do I follow the instructions on the box of Pin-X??

Was hoping to continue with the K-PP starting today (Full Moon -3). But my order of Combantrin has not arrived. Can someone please help me understand how to use Pin-X?? Despite reading Kerri's book, I am uncertain about using it and also, I've heard that there is saccharin in Pin-X. I'd prefer to avoid that, of course, but since my Combantrin has not arrived, Pin-X may be my only option if I want to start this month's round. Or is there another substitute for the Combantrin?

Have asked for Combantrin at your local pharmacy? I first was buying on line but then discovered that my local pharmacies carry it - and cheaper!!
