Couldn't sleep taking for the first time MMS1 was created by ramaflore
Hi,
On yesterday, I received my mms1 package at 6 PM.
I began the protocol 1000 from 8.30 PM till 0.30 AM, one drop per hour. After the last one, the fifth drop I noticed that I need to rest and to go sleeping but at the same time, I got dizziness. I couldn't sleep because I felt dizzy in bed.
One of my legs would not stop fidgeting in bed during all the night.
Is it normal for these symptoms that I had before taking for the first time MMS, were getting worse ?
In this case, do I need to stop ? Any advise or recommendation would be appreciated, thanks.

I think it is normal that you cannot sleep at all when in a herx situation.
You can take less if you don't like the dizziness, and only very slowly take more.
I always take less when I am not feeling well or even wait for a day.
JH writes that we should take less if it bothers us.
This is not a race, you will treat very longterm.
Wish you a good night.
