I'm wondering how many health minster there are in Japan?
Is there any such a list of them internationally or regionally?

In addition, can I get the doctors' list who are conducting MMS treatment in the world?

Satoshi, we don't keep either a doctor's list or a list of health ministers. You can write the church directly at support@genesis2church.is and they may (or may not) have a list of health ministers. This is done as a protection for the doctors or health ministers.
