Scleroderma was created by dnydvs
Hi everyone,
I'm very much hoping that someone has had an experience in dealing with scleroderma. I don't know a lot about it, but it's causing excrutiating pain in my 16 year old niece's finger and could spread to all organs of her body over little time. Doctors are talking about chemotherapy(?????), and that's enough to get anyone upset.

I would be so greatful for any input that might help.
Sincerely,

Dan

Hi....thanks for your response. Could you be a little more specific about actual procedure or, probably more important, is there any way that I could get into contact with Dr. Jacob? Again thanks.....Dan

dr. Stanley Jacobs in Oregon (Eugene, Oregon I believe)

I am researching DMSO, and had recently read the info on scleroderma....

anyway, try drinking 1 teaspoon DMSO(mixed in water) twice daily...

and applying it to the scleroderma effected areas (hands, fingers, feet, etc) morning and night.

most of the results were very positive in all the studies, DMSO seems to be the only thing that works for scleroderma...

Regards,
RB
