Hi Again,

I’m getting ready to make my own CDS and I just want to make sure I have the proper steps…I get nervous when I start mixing things I don’t understand, so I want to make sure I know what I’m doing… Yes I did watch the “Making CDS in a jar” and it was very helpful, but I have a few more tiny questions.

The video calls for
100ml of mms
100ml hcl 10% Hydrochloric acid

Tiny questions:
#1) After the CDS is made and I have 1 liter. Do I drink it straight in a 8oz glass? Or take sips through-out the day?
#2) How long can I store the CDS? (hours? Weeks?)
#3) If I only have the 50% citric acid activator, can I replace it with 10% Hydrochloric acid with the same amount of 100ml?
#4)Safe to give it to my kids? (aged 12 and under)

Thank you sooo much!

CDS is dosed in ml = and we're coming to think that 1mL of CDS is the functional equivalent of 1 drop of MMS (this has to do with where each is activated - once CDS is formed from the activated MMS/CA, it is a gas instilled in water, and it cannot increase in PPMs - MMS, however, will increase in PPMs in the stomach environment as it continues to activate) ==

so, if you are doing protocol 3000, you would use 3mL of CDS in a glass with (at least) 3 oz of water.

You can actually increase the CDS much higher in doses, as long as you increase slowly - easily doubling the amount of CDS that you take. If it were me, I'd take one ounce of water (at least) with each mL of water.

could you please put the amounts in standard measurements instead of metric? That would really help me out! thanks

The reason for the ml measurements is that they are used around the world and they actually mean the same thing - 5ml is 5ml whether you make it in the US or in Tokyo. The problem with "standard measurements" is that different sized "teaspoons" are used all over the world - so a "teaspoon" in the US is actually a different size than a teaspoon in the UK. To prevent confusion, we use ML measurements. The easiest way to do that is to get yourself some empty syringes from a farm and pet store, or order online, They will have the cc or mL measurements (they're both the same) -
