Red wine for sure has antioxidants that it would be best to avoid while dosing with MMS, but really, IMHO, why ruin the taste of a good wine with the taste of MMS

I would suggest that you use a soft drink, if you look in the Newsletters, you'll see where Jim Humble has recommended something like Pepsi or Gingerale - not the whole drink in one sitting, just enough to mask the taste. OKF also makes a great aloe drink and there are 4 flavors of that drink which do not "kill" the MMS. You can purchase it at either Walmart (you'd have to check your store) or online at Superaloelicious. www.superaloelicious.com/aloe-vera-king-drink-online-store.html - The workable flavors for us are natural, pineapple, kiwi, and raspberry.
You can also use the capsule method which has no flavor at all (it's found in Jim's book, The Master Mineral of the 3rd Millennium, link located in the column to the left.
