Hi everyone,

I have problems with thyroid and I am scheduled for surgery at the end of January in Prague, Czech Republic for cysts removal. I started with MMS last Friday (Nov 1st) and after the first day of taking it I could feel something is happening with the thyroid because it scratches and hurts...feeling like I am catching a flu. I hope that is what I suppose to feel when the healing process begins. I really do not want to have the surgery and I will do anything in my power to avoid it ! I believe in MMS and I know I can fight this. If you have any suggestions or ideas how to improve my healing process, please let me know. Thanks for your support. Lucia

Hi, apologies, this is not directly about MMS, but as I've been doing research on my RRP (HPV in vocal cords, which sit right above the thyroid), I've come across lots of info on IODINE, an important non-metallic mineral related to the function of the thyroid.

Just wanted to ask if you've read about that, or if you're taking it as part of your treatment?

Not sure if the pills are any good for you, but iodine is found in seaweed and that should be a more safe and easily digestable form, there are lots of it in KELP (species Ascophyllum nodosum is what I will try as part of my MMS treatment soon).

May be worth researching for you.

Google his name and or get his book, but there's plenty of info out there on the importance of iodine, esp Lugol's iodine drops, as seaweed is often highly contaminated all the best. Yes, I've come across Dr Brownstein's name as well.

The kelp seaweed species I listed above seems to be one mainly farmed in Atlantic waters (I found some off the coast of Scotland), which shouldn't have the possible Fukushima radiation reaching it.. but not sure if there could be something else in it.

I've read that if you can get iodine in a natural form (any food/herb), there is lots of protection against possible side effects (like there always tends to be in nature's designs), which the isolated iodine supplements don't have.. but of course we all have to do our own research on this, and balance the risks with the benefits etc.

I plan on taking my Atlantic kelp with some spirulina, which based on my research has been used very successfully in treating radiation poisoning, so in case there is any radiation in my kelp, I'm thinking the spirulina should effectively combat it.

My wife suffered for two years and all herbal prescisption medicine did not do well... Checking the ph of the urine is the way we monitored it and successfully beat the disease....
