I have found that taking niacin with food lower the flush. Of course nacinamide won't have the flush and may be helpful.

B3 is an antioxidant - I would take it in the evening 2 hrs after your last dose.

Hi, Niacin is wonderful but you have to work with it with gradual increase, you start with 100 mg and when flush subside you proceed to 200 and so on, i used it on my self and others with: a full list of all vitamins which were increased in accord with the niacin, after 600.the max we use is 5000mg. + a lot of water. (vitamins A, B1 ,C , D ,E ,TRACE MINERALS, LECITHIN GRANULATED ABOUT 1 TABLE SPOON, 1-2 VEGETABLE OILS. SAUNA.
tHE NIACIN FLUSH- if you would look carefully on the flash you will notice some old sun burns that blow out and disapearr.
I hope this helpped .

All of these vitamins would need to be done 2 hours after your last dose of MMS for the day, in order not to conflict.

hi,

I wanted to comment on this topic,

I do not believe B vitamins count/act as anti-oxidants.

They act more like enzymes/catalysts

i.e. Vitamin B5 (pantothenic acid), becomes co-enzyme A in the body (used in the Krebs cycle, to metabolize fat/carbs)

there might be an exception, but off hand, I think most B vitamins would actually help the effectiveness of MMS (because the krebs cycle is done inside the mitochondria)

anti-oxidant vitamins would be vitamin C, Vitamin E, and Vitamin A

B vitamins, minerals, and amino acids should be fine/complementary to MMS

Also, I think fish oil/flax seed oil (fish oil moreso), would help MMS, it helps the membrane of the mitochondria
