Hello. I am pregnant 20 weeks now and noticed I have cramps in my leg muscles at night sometimes. Doctors of course say to take supplements that they recommend which I am against as I am not taking anything I could buy in the chemist shop. What supplements would you recommend as I know your center is suggesting something for people with low immune system or some other supplements for those who have arthritis etc, so in this case do you have anything for pregnant women?

Thank you!

Rom

Jim does not recommend supplements - he's not necessarily against them, (other than the high antioxidants that deactivate the MMS) but he also believes that a good diet will supply most of what we need.

Kerri has her kiddos and their families on ocean water. This is water taken from the atlantic, quite deep. Also, there is some available from the pacific, down near Mexico, which has been tested regularly for issues with radiation. Ocean water is "live" and contains 70 or more minerals that our body needs.

WPS4sale.com has some. Also, there's a canadian firm that gets water from Norway (i believe) - I have to go search for it and will come back with a link. You can google quinton water and get more information.

Thank you Pam, I am reading about René Quinton and Quinton Plasma now. I checked the WPS4sale.com, I see they sell the water in 1L containers. Could you please let us know how much of that water should we drink a day? There is no description on how to use it. Thank you.
