its like I can almost feel my fingernails growing when I am taking the MMS, it is so strange (nice)
and my hair does the same thing.
no change in diet, or any other factor, just add MMS and my hair and nails grow and grow....
anyone else see this?

I love the MMS and I am doing better but my hair is falling out and my nails are brittle.
What else did you take? The quinton? vitamins?....

Ever since I stopped eating Estrogenic food such as Soy, process food, wheat, sugar, etc and eat more food that promote cell repair such as organic meat and saturated fats, my fair stopped falling and my nail no longer brittle.
You'll be amazed how much your health will turn around for the better by just eliminating these 3 foods from your diet:
1. Soy (of any kind even the fermented ones, although Soy sauce as condiment is fine)
2. Wheat (of any kind, including Rye and Oats)
3. Sugar (this is no-brainer).
Along with the obvious ones such as processed food, non-organic vegetables and meats, meats from animals being fed corn and grains.

Nails are still bad and hair is not better. Already 7 months on MMS and MMS2.
I am on thyroid meds but probably I should take a bit more and see if it is getting better. I am also on biotin.

got my haircut yesterday,
they use clippers for me (#2),
so I had the same lady cutting my hair, she said "wow your hair grows fast" (unsolicited)
then she measured the newly cut hair (because I use the same size trimmer for each hair cut)
in one month, 1 inch of hair growth...
normal growth is 1/2 inch
and I am trimming my nails twice a week...
all thanks to MMS

Have you looked into the non-metallic mineral iodine? It's found in kelp (the seaweed) in large quantities, and seems to be very important for healthy thyroid function. Some studies say that 97% of western people are deficient in this, or something along those lines.

Thank you so much for this info! I remember reading something like this a while back, but seem to have forgotten most of it...
Will be researching these estrogenic foods further. I've given up refined sugar and soy so far, but sounds like wheat and other gluten-grains might be a good idea to ditch as well (I have HPV in vocal cords, which sit right above the thyroid, and your comment about brittle nails and falling hair really jumped out for me there).
I'm glad I never went on the Pill, always felt unnatural to mess around with hormones.
Thanks again,
Liinu xx
