Lower bowel pain. was created by dreadwork
I started to make enemas and today i made it from 1 litre of water with 10 drops of mms.
It was about 6 am. And now i am starting to feel a little discomfort and pain in lower bowel.
But i started also taking chlorella pills 2 days ago and i do not know from which the pain comes from, but i doubt its from mms i think it is from chlorella starting to work.
Any words on that ? I am a little confused.

A couple of things - how often are you doing the enemas? and 2. are you being careful that the tube is well lubricated?

Jim suggests up to twice a day increasing by one or two drops in 4oz water.

yup, i missed that 4 oz i thought it does not matter how much water you get, that just adding mms is essential

Wonder if you're dealing with what I would call POWS - pissed off worms syndrome - takes a number of different forms, LOL. It does sound as if your digestive system is not optimal here, dreadwork. Might call for a round of parasite treatment.

hehe good name for that POWS.
I hope you are right Pam cause that would deal with the rest of my problems. I took recently 1 pack of mebendazol and nothing happen but that was just 6 100mg pills.
I have a white trace on the beggining of my tounge, when i was starting the cure with mms almost whole tounge was white. that shows the digestive tract has some problems.
should i continue with those enemas ? i have no idea what to do about the treatment
i have absolutely no money for that amanda's 80 E kit or something ... i have to figure out some pumpkin seed mix to make them sleep and wash them out. Most the syndroms are showing that i could realy have some bugs cause i wake up at 1-2 at night, especialy when it is 1 -2 quart of the moon cycle. I can feel moves in my guts i always thought it was normal inestines movement but the rest of the signs shows it is not

dreadwork, I'd look into either Amanda Mary's parasite treatment protocol (mms.bg) and she has it on the forum, probably in the Bulgaria subforum,

or

look into Kerri Rivera/Andreas Kalcker's parasite protocols - The one thing I can tell you is that it's going to take more than a 6 pack dose of mebendazole - when I'm doing the protocol, I'm doing 29 pills a month, for months (along with combantrin, and other things) -
