MMS 1 or 2, with or without DMSO ?

Sorry for the strange subject
I'm french so please excuse my bad english..
Last year i had a chirurgical operation and took MMS1 for about 1 month and half to help my wound to heal. It was i think very useful.
I took 3 drops MMS1 with pineapple juice (better taste).

Today, i don't think i'm ill but i don't know ... maybe i am ... Sure i'm a bit anxious about that.
The real fact is i'm usually tired, and don't have my mind very clear, i want to say i can't think and take good decisions.
I need to do sport too, but because of being tired and lazy i don't do it.

Also, i have acnea in my back and arms (i'm 31 yo) and i can't put it off...

My questions are what kind of treatment i should take to be in "good shape" ?
Last year i took 3 activated MMS1 drops each hour, but i wan on holidays. Now i can't do the same as i work and don't really have the time to prepare the dose each hour and to think about preparing the doses each hour ...

There are methods of making MMS once a day and placing in a capped bottle of plastic or glass, never metal, so you can drink a portion every hour for 8 hrs each day.

In fact I need some advice with that. Hard to go to work with 1l water and activated mms inside ... But well I can try.

I thought about mms2 capsules. What is the difference between mms1 ? One capsule = how many activated drops ?
It'd be more easier for me to take capsules than activated drops. But is the result the same ?
I can take mms2 if I'm not ill. But if I have health problems ?

I don't laugh at you I'm serious ... Just want to explore all possibilities and have advices ...

a person can take mms1 or 2 if not ill. It will prevent illness.
If you can mix mms1 before work in a plastic bottle and drink 1/8 of it each hour tat is simple method.
Or you can take mms2 capsules you prepare. The protocol is unclear for healthy individuals however I suggest as a guide 1/4 to 1/2 capsule mms 2 every two hours if ill and less maybe only once a day if not ill.

I see a new way of using mms I am not yet familiar with. PAMMS you can try or CDS/

Others may have better ideas.

MMS1 and MMS2 work a little differently in the body - There is a protocol that uses only MMS2 - protocol 4000, which you should find on the forum - do a search with 4000. Otherwise, go to www.genesis2church.is/ and the protocols are on the right hand side of the page. If you don't have Jim's book, you can get it there - the first 50 pages are available as a free download if you want to get your toes wet before diving in.
