I'm hanging in, but just wonder if others have strategies to help. I guess sometimes we just have to bite the bullet and keep on keeping on. I am so grateful for this forum. It helps me to feel not so alone in my quest for wellness.

pam Offline Platinum Boarder Posts: 4593 Thank you received: 3703	Temera, usually, if there is nausea, we tell people to step back to the last dose where they had no nausea and do that for a couple of days and then slowly move up. How are you dosing? What are you using? (Another alternative is changing activators or moving to CDS)

Temara Topic Author Offline New Member Posts: 7 Thank you received: 0	Hi Pam. I'm doing 3 drops x 8 doses. Have tried 4 drops, but can't seem to handle it. I don't get diarrhea with 3 drops, but I have this massive repulsion for the MMS. Don't you think I just have to hang in? I was hoping there was a way to make it easier, but I know there isn't. CDS seems too complicated for me.

Temara, have you tried the new experimental PAMMS? There are 2 or 3 threads on the forum on how to make and use it.

It is MMS but activated differently and at the low dosage you are taking, you should not notice any taste or odor problem. If you are experiencing Herxheimer effects, you need to reduce the dosage and then slowly work back up.

Hi Temara,

Yes, try PAMMS; your problem is one of the reasons why I developed PAMMS in the first place (previously called 7 Day Fridge MMS). Also take a look at topic #8 on the PAMMS post below to overcome nausea. This is how I do it and it works great:

Also if you drink MMS or PAMMS with cool or cold water it helps and PAMMS tastes best with 4% HCL.

Lastly, do whatever it takes to avoid smelling it. If you are using a dosing bottle throughout the day, when you open it, try not to smell the outgas and then ALWAYS pour the liquid from the dosing bottle into a glass, add cool or cold water or approved juice, and then drink. NEVER drink directly from the dosing bottle - there's too much CLO2 there and you can't help getting a big whiff of it. :sick:

I'm Scott McRae, creator of "The Antidote" & CDH with CLO2's help (Charlotte Lackney)

- I did a CDH injection / Chlorine Dioxide (CLO2) injection / IV push of 10ml of dilute 50ppm CDH / CLO2 into my blood 3 times in 11 hours & did before & after blood tests that showed that it did NO HARM to my blood, liver or kidneys.
