sinus infection

I netti potted my nose.
I used a fleet enema bottle to squirt 3 drops MMS in 120 mL of distilled water to treat sinus issue, with major symptom of ear pain.
It packed quite a wallup but seems to have worked.
What is lower dose for this?

Also Jim talked about 10 drops per cup for retention enemas. Kerri I think talked about per L. What is the strongest recommended enema strenth.

Always had a major problem with sinus infection. My tribe also.
I was practising swimming and also loved to swollow the pool water cause my father said its not good when I was a child;-) so I did it more some times.
For a couple of days I mixed a mms2 so much I could drink it. And it feldt good.
At first it was to strong but after diluting it it was something good. I gargle it and sprayed it through my nose.
Just mix it with as much water as you need to also spray it through your nose and let the mms 2 rins in to the sinus part.

It mad me healthy again.

Have anybody had the same experience or similar??

Always keep your ears in good health as i find they are the start of many problems. Paw paw ointment in the ears also helps keep them clean and healthy.
