first time for MMS2

Greetings all,
I am new to this forum as I am sure you can tell. I have size 00 gel capes and wish to use them. I just put a very small amount of Calcium Hypochlorite because of my apprehension so I just want to dip my toe in the water first. The problem I have is that when I took the capsule it got stuck to my esophagus, even after 2 glasses of water. (I suspect the air in the capsule had something to do with it.) I got it out just as it was melting and did not taste anything so I feel lucky. So my question is can I put something in the capsule to fill the empty space? Or do I just try again?

Hi I too use mms-2 caps and have not had this problem. I start out by filling them about 1/16 full for a few days to get used to it then when i feel no problem I go up to 1/4 for few days the little more for few days then 1/2 full. I use 0 caps myself with 8 oz of water. Be sure to push caps tightly together also and keep trying. Lots of water, you can do it. The rewards are healthful,

I too am new to MMS2 and I would have the following questions:

Could you help me make these capsules in regard with safety? Can I touch with bare hands calcium hypochlorite? I bought "0" capsules and Poolife. It says "may be fatal if swallowed." It says "If product is exposed to small amounts of water, it can react violently to produce heat and toxic gases and spatter." Should I use gloves and a mask to fill up the capsules? I bought a little device to fill them up. Should I fill them up outside instead of inside the house?

I have breast cancer and Lyme disease. I don't want chemo and radiatiion. I did part of the Protocol 2000 for a week now with MMS1 at a dose of 10 X 4 drops and I feel better. It definitely helps. But I have not yet dare to include MMS2 because of the warning on the Poolife package. Thank you so much for your help.

Joelle, what are the ingredients listed on the container of Poolife? You may not have purchased calcium hypochlorite. Other chemicals are also called "pool shock."

And, you should start with only a few grains at a time, not a half-full size 0 capsule, which is the recommended maximum amount. Slowly add more MMS2 each day until you reach a half-full size 0 capsule.
