MMS2

Tried to add the MMS2 to my protocol today at 1/4 th capsule. The capsule broke apart and so I took a broken part which I estimated to be 1/4th amount. It was so awful, and an hour later I feel like I am a swimming pool. The taste is lingering. I can tell that these capsules will not open without breaking.

Can I skip the working up to one capsule and just do one capsule two times today, and increase to five per day? Will I suffer too much? I'm really not minding some diarrhea. The doctors are still trying to figure out what is wrong with me. They are leaning towards ALS, Or MS, but are still conducting tests. Meanwhile I am moving forward. Thank you so much.

starting dose is 1/8 (or less) of a size 0 capsule, and it must be taken in the capsule. max dose is 1/2 a size 0 capsule. I would suggest going to the health food store and purchasing some size 0 capsules and just redoing the capsule. You can probably also find them on ebay or amazon.

Thanks. I misunderstood, thinking I was to work up to one full capsule. I know for sure you don't ingest the powder without being in a capsule. Learned that the hard way.

The capsule size and percentage have changed from Jim's last book (he's working on a 2nd edition, BTW) - hard to stay on top of all of it if you don't know that you even need to look.

My husband and I both take the MMS2 capsules, we wonder why anyone would bother with the drink. The capsules have so little after effects ~ maybe a burp.

They are 2 different products and do 2 different things. That said, I have heard of people who have focused on MMS2 and healed themselves (after all, that's protocol 4000) - if you are finding success, then I say, go for it.
