Hi
I am new to MMS. I decided to make my own CDS. I made my first batch and it is 3000 ppm. Do I just take a drop (or the amount I am at) and add it to my distilled water? With the MMS I was adding the drops of mms with the acid. I am doing the Kerri Rivera protocol. I just want to make sure I take it the same way.
