New to the group

Hello!
I'm new to the group and also MMS. I hope to clean up what I believe to be candida overgrowth that has lead to hypothyroidism, eczema, and toenail fungus. I have begun Protocol 1000 taking it every hour 8 hours a day. Is there an easier way to do it rather than remembering to take it every hour? Is it possible to do larger doses a few times a day?

MMS stays in the body from 1.5 to 2 hours max, which is the reason we dose hourly - so that the parasites don't have a time to regroup. And, if it were me, I'd just dose hourly, regardless, as long as I was awake, because candida is such a tenacious booger. AND with candida, you need to stop feeding it, at the same time - so sugars, and things that turn to sugars, are a no-no.

hi I am new to the group. I started to read about MMS a few years back. Now I think I am ready to buy it or make it. do not know what is better.
I take MSM and DSMO ( have tried several vendors)
I have a pinch never that is now healing but my arm is still weak the DSMO.bz i bought did not seem to eradicate the pain but then again - this has been since May and its almost Sept.. I used a new vendor that mixes his with Honey.
Anwyway I want to try the MMS or make it dont know which

Depends on how much you think you're going to want. 4 oz of MMS (the usual bottle size) will last for over a year. Making it is fiddly - you need a gram scale and a head for math. It's not hard, but you need to know what you're doing (use dedicated tools, no metals to measure, etc.)
