I don't necessarily expect an answer, since there doesn't seem to be any clear information on the subject that I've found online. Maybe it's only antioxidant supplements and high sources of vitamin C and E that one should worry about. That's the only clear information that I've found.

I have been pondering this oxidant anti oxidant "thing" a while now.
My thought is that to what benefit are anti oxidants when we want to oxidize that which is unhealthy for us.
MMS oxidizes that in the range of less than .95 of a Volt as well as oxidizes the acidic range of the PH scale.
Oxidizing is what cleans out our system of unwanted intruders so to what benefit are anti oxidants when we want to oxidize?
Are we being fed a line of bull regarding the true value of oxidants and anti oxidants?
In order to keep us unhealthy at at drug co's mercy to symptom manage?

This video is long but Andreas Kalcker talks about trying to achieve a balance of oxidants / antioxidants

3 weeks, a month, 6 months - I am not worrying about those kinds of time frames.

That said, I've known people who have so bought into the antioxidant theory that they panic without their "belief" - so I tell then to take at night 2 hours after your last dose and 10-12 hours before your first dose of MMS.

I've wondered the same thing myself

Are natural sources of vitamin C a problem? Such as whole fruit in smoothies with strawberries, oranges, grapefruit and other fruit with significant amounts of vitamin C? Many vegetables are high in vitamin C also. Broccoli has as much vitamin C as an orange.
This never seems to be clear, and wasn't addressed in the 29 reasons posted by Archbishop Grenon. Thanks.

It will be your choice, of course. We're not going to tell you what to eat and what not to eat - But, at the same time, if you notice the MMS is not working as you thought it should, then this could well be the issue.
