Out of curiousity I obtained 100cc of the patented CDS.
Here some details, perhaps the chemists among us could shine their light on it:

100cc chlorite solution <1% comes with a pill 0.84 grams of sodium persulfate aka sodium peroxodisulphate, Na2S2O8.
Leaving the bottle with the pill in it in the fridge for 24-36 hrs. produces water with a CLO2 concentration of 0.29%.

That would be 2900 ppm but, not being a chemist, I wonder what happened to the S in the equation??
I suppose it's still there.
Well, it is a very important nutrient and most of us are S deficient. So it is an added bonus!

Rather than to have to remove the citric acid or HLC to produce CDS, it seems to me that using
sodium persulfate is more convenient and has a mineral health bonus in the form of S.

The famous Deutsche Grundlichkeit produced Mercedes, now it also brings us CDSplus. :)
The label does mention a 'patentiertes puffersystem' , no idea what that is.
If the patent is on the puffersystem, it would not be on the CDS as such.

German law is very strict on safety for a commercial product such as this.
Obviously, anyone who wishes to make a stronger solution for himself can simply do that.

i do not think this extra S will bring you any good. and i would not use this internally. you cannot patent CDS cause it is pure ClO2 gas dissolved in water, its like patenting the h2o2 from heavy storm rain or nitrogen in the air.

Can you explain why you think S would not do any good, since S is one of the building blocks of life, the one that is known to be in short supply, the shortage of which is known to be the cause of a cascade of ailments?

Yes, as I said, the patent seems to be the so called puffersystem, not the cds itself.
I suspect that this puffersystem has something to do with meeting very strict german safety laws.

Anyone who knows the work of genius J.C. Bose will realise that the amount of any substance is not at all decisive for its effect, often the contrary is true!

Looking at the chemical formula Na2S2O8, this sodium peroxodisulphate delivers goodies (O and S) in a PH neutral solution while any acid delivers acid(ity) that needs to be removed.

Considering that S deficiency (of which most people suffer) is the cause of a cascade of ailments
it could very well be that this new formula is actually a double whammy,
killing off the effects (bacteria and such) AND remove the cause (S shortage leading to low imune).
In others words, statistically, it's success rate will be higher.

It would be helpful if any chemists could come up with valid arguments pro or con.
Sodium peroxodisulphate, Na2S2O8, is cheap as well.

I forgot to mention that the label indicates its use as mouth wash, that's as far as
they can go without activating something else, obviously...

This might be a question to ask Jim Humble or Andreas Kalcker - it's definitely not on the protocols, and I think JH has chosen the acids he has chosen for specific reasons - you can send a message to

cause it matters in what form the Sulfur is and how it will react. i do not think the chemists will help you much because there were manyu chemists telling that h2o2 could not even get to the right places before it disintegrates in mouth, or that the clo2 will oxidize all good and bad batctera and all that other crappy talk. the theory and practic are different.i think there are more far more superior sources of organic sulfur if you got shortage in your body ... the mms is also cheap , you simply buy a 50kg (108pounds ?) of sodium chlorite and you got your life time supply ...

Just for everyone's information. It is illegal in the United States to have more than 100 pounds of an explosive chemical. Just so no one gets in trouble.

since when NaClo2 is explosive ? you cannot have 100pounds but you can buy 2 pounds on ebay ? it would be easier to buy gun powder, or even the half-product of gun powder which i do not have to explain how easy could be made, the ingredients can be bought in every super market ... why is this talk anyway. i just wanted to share my opinion on that invention of sodium peroxodisulphate. i think its just useless.
