OK, I've always been curious about how people timed their doses - particularly when they're away from home, but even at home - I bought an alarm watch but couldn't hear the alarm (although I've had plenty of friends ask me if there was an alarm going off somewhere - d'uh) -

But today, I found a unique alarm watch - it not only alarms, but it vibrates!!!! And they have quite a few men's styles, but also a woman and children's style. I got the pink





I got it at this ebay store

If you go into ebay, though and just do a search on vibrating alarm watch you'll find a lot of choices, both male and female.
