The animal chapter is pretty thorough in the last edition - I'd say definitely protocol 1000 (which means you'll need to be WITH the animal for 8 hours a day) and you can spray the gums with skin spray. Hopefully, someone who has more experience with pets and mouth cancers can chime in. Sorry,,,
