If you choose to do antioxidants and MMS, you must do them at least 2 hours after your last MMS dose. Better yet would be to hold off the period of your active MMS treatment, (althuogh you could use them during maintenance - just at least 2 hrs from your MMS.

This article comes from prevention magazine - I don't necessarily trust prevention magazine to have the best information, just following traditional theories.
