about download

Hi Members I know this does not belong in this forum. But do not know what to do and I thought
some one here might be able to help.

I bought Jim book on secrets of enlightment E Book. I down loaded it and read a bit of it .

when I went back to read it it was not on my computer completely vanished. I sent a support ticket showing
my receipt from paypal, and still have not heard any thing from them. I asked them if they could send it to me
again.

I am realy disappointed that this has happened. I went back throughh the steps that they sent me by e mail and
it said it had expired and to buy another one. I only bought it on Sunday and coul'nt get back to reading it until
tuesday. That does not even give you any time specially if you happen to go away for a couple of days and then
go to down load it

I hope some one will be able to guide me on this

send your information to support@jhbooks.org and allow Clara to address it. We can't help you here - Sometimes she doesn't get to stuff immediately, but she does get to it. (I'm doing fulfillment of the autism books, I know how much time it takes!) - I suggest that when you get your second copy that you put it on your desktop so you have easy access to it! Also you'll know immediately if it is there or not.

Have you used the computer's search function? If you were reading it it's on your hard drive - it's probably not gone but lost.

If it's Windows it's - Start - Computer - top right hand side - Search Computer.

fourfingerz........yes I did all of those things that you suggested and even went to the rubbish bin nope it is not there. I am wandering now if I had saved it at the time I had just started to read it when I was distracted and log off. Hmmmmmm it does show on my downloads and I even click there to where it says open containing folder nope nothing.

I thank you as well knowing full well I should not have posted it here. Just did not know what else to do
