MMS2 capsule size

I know that the current MMS2 protocol is 1/2 of 0 capsule but I don't want to break every 0 size capsule in half. I see size 2 and 3 capsules being offer out there. Is one of those capsules close to 1/2 a size 0 ?

The capsules sold through Amazon.com by Keavy's Corner in the 100, 2 capsule, bottle, corresponds to the "half-capsule" dose, and can be taken straight:

Here is part of a capsule chart that might help answer your question.

Half a size 0 will hold about 237 mg of dry powder.

A size 2 will hold about 260 mg and a size 3 will hold about 210 mg. Size 3 capsules are fairly common so that is what I use. And size 3 capsules are easier to swallow.

A size 00 can hold 665 mg which is a lot of MMS2.
