But now I'm onto helping someone who has severe RA. His hands are crippled, elbows have been replaced, he limps, and to top it off he's going blind from glaucoma.
We are thinking of starting CDS on Saturday. This will be his first detox of any sort ever. Im thinking of the 1000 protocol to start off. Do you think this is appropriate? My CDS stock is 3000 ppm. Please refresh my memory. If I put 10ml of this stock into 240 ml water and take one ounce every 8 hours, which equals 8 doses, each dose is equilivent to how many drops of MMS?
and regarding vitamins... he is really malnourished and aside from trying to work on his diet supplements will be added. I was wondering if any new info was out there regarding taking vitamins and CDS. He will be taking D3, a B complex, trace minerals, Lugol's iodine, magnesium, MSM, fish oil, curcumin, boswella, Cetyl Myristoleate and Devil's claw herb. Will any of this be a problem? We won't add vitamin c until the protocol is done.

1mL of 3000ppm CDS is equivalent to 3 drops of MMS. It will smell strong, but it will not taste strong. The smell is in the off-gassing of the chlorine dioxide, so it's in the air, not in the solution. If he will just take a breath (not over the glass, LOL), hold it and drink, he will find that the taste is minimal.
I would take the B's and any herbs that are high in antioxidants 2 hrs after his last dose, so as not to interfere with the oxidation property of MMS.

I went to the protocol list (Sacraments) and didn't find a CDS protocol. Is it written up any where?
Say one wanted to move up to 5 or 6 drops worth per dose, what is the best way to manage that? Increase the volume of daily solution intake or make your stock solution 6,000 ppm?
trying to think this through:
so if 1.25ml of 3,000 ppm stock per serving = 3 drops then 0.416 ml (1.25/3) = 1 drop (when using an 8 ounce daily bottle)
therefor 4 drops = 1.7 ml (approximately) of 3000 ppm solution per serving x 8servings for the day = 13.6ml to make your daily solution
4 drops = 1.7 ml per serving
5 drops = 2.1 ml (rounded off) per serving
6 drops = 2.5 ml of 3000ppm solution per serving
so for 6 drops worth in one serving of daily solution add 20 ml of your 3,000ppm stock to 8 ounces of water = 6 drops per serving
for 4 drops worth in a daiyl solution serving add 13.6ml of your 3,000 ppm to 8 ounces of water
for 5 drops worth in daily solution serving add 16.8ml of your 3,000ppm to 8 ounces of water
for 6 drops worth in a daily solution serving add 20ml of your 3,000ppm to 8 ounces of water
Am I nuts? math has never been my favorite thing.

g2cforum.org/index.php/list/approved-mms-protocols/25593-protocol-101-sacramental-cds-protocol?limitstart=0
Actually, it's 1mL = 3 drops MMS activated, so 1.25 ML would be almost 4 drops of MMS Activated equivalent.
As with everything, we suggest that people start low - even though the protocol says start at 1.25mL per hr for 8 hrs a day, I'd say to start at 1 or 1/2 a mL - build slowly - if they're very toxic, then let's not let any herx reaction get ahead of us (although there is much less herxing with CDS)

"Protocol 101, by Andreas Kalcker
This protocol is officially approved by Genesis II Church of Health & Healing.
10 ml (0.33 oz) of CDS (3000ppm) in 1 liter (34 oz) of water per day.
Drink every hour a part till finished. (8 to 12 parts.)
With severe life threatening illness you may rise the dose slowly up to max. 50ml (1.6 oz) per day, but not at once.
Lower the dose if you are feeling discomfort or nausea."
If you have CDS that is not 3000 ppm and you want to find the correct daily dose or increase your daily dose, you can do some math or consult an easy to read graphical representation of Protocol 101 by going here:

I want to increase his dosage so I want to make the CDS stock stronger. In my little pharmacy it takes 24ml of mms with CA (citric acid) to get 3,000 ppm (dont know why but thats how it is in several experiments) So if I increase to 36ml I should anticipate a ppm of 4500 right? .... delivering and equilivent of 45 mms drops per day?

You can, of course, increase the MMS and CA at the mixing point - although we have found that the efficiency tends to lessen, so it's not an exact, if I double x I'll get double y.

I presume the 3000 ppm CDS doses are 1 ml/hour doses? If so, that is approximately equivalent to a 3 drop MMSA dose in terms of ClO2 only. MMSA contains other chemicals that are not in CDS.
Then 8 hourly doses at 1 ml/dose = 8 ml of 3000 ppm CDS or "24 drops of MMSA" per day, which is Protocol 1000 which is used for dosing MMSA.
We now have a similar protocol for CDS called Protocol 101, so lets use that protocol as we are not using MMSA. MMSA and CDS are not the same chemicals.
Protocol 101 says to mix 10 ml of 3000 ppm CDS in enough water for a daily bottle which can be divided into 8 to 10 hourly doses per day. It also says you can add as much as 50 ml of 3000 ppm CDS to a daily bottle. You would want to increase the daily amount slowly from the basic dose and look for any herx problems.
You don't need to increase your stock CDS to a higher ppm, just use more of the 3000 ppm as per the CDS Dosing Chart. Rather than referring to MMSA dosing equivalents, look at the chart to see how much ClO2 the person is consuming hourly or daily.
Using the basic daily dosing, the person is getting 30 mg ClO2 daily or 3.75 mg/hour if the daily bottle is divided into 8 parts.

You have heard it said, “You are what you eat”, but in my opinion, it’s more accurate to say “You are what you absorb.” Stomach acid plays an important role in what nutrients you absorb from the food you eat. How to Test That Your MMS is Good
Published on: March 1, 2026
When activating MMS, it is very important that the drops of MMS and activator acid (note: HCl 4% [hydrochloric acid] or citric acid 50% is most commonly used as activator acid) turn amber color within the first 30 seconds. When we say amber, we are referring to a brown color. This can be anywhere from …
