Alternative dosing methods using MMS on cancer in a dog?

Hello... We are trying to use MMS to treat our 9 year old Lab mix Parker (he weighs roughly 100 lbs) for an aggressive form of cancer in his blood cells... he has a tumor on his side that is roughly the size of half of a softball. We have been trying to follow the 2 drops per hour for 8 hours a day treatment (actually 4 drops, for his weight of 100 pounds), but we are having trouble getting him to take the whole dose each time, and we are also not home from work in time to start dosing early enough to actually get 8 doses in him a day. The best we can seem to accomplish is 5 or 6, and by the third or fourth dose, he starts fighting and not wanting to swallow. (We are using the needle-less syringe delivery method.)

Is there any way to use a stronger dose less often, or perhaps diluting it with less water than the recommended one ounce per drop, so that a full dose can be given in less syringes? Or, is there a way to use less water, and put the dose in food? Using the one ounce per dose dilution ratio, any attempts to mix it with food ends up with a soupy bowl of dog food slush that he won't eat.

We were also looking into using DMSO cream to get the MMS into his tumor through the skin, but we don't know how to use MMS with DMSO for a dog. Would we just follow the same instructions as for a human?

He has not yet shown any adverse reactions to the MMS so far, no nausea or diarrhea or any of the other telltale symptoms of too much MMS... His only obvious symptom is sleeping more than usual, but this may just be from the stress of constant attempts to dose him with the MMS.

Please give me any ideas you may have on how to get the MMS into Parker so it can do its' work against the cancer... We know it will work, we just have to get him to take it. Any help will be greatly appreciated...

Hi, AJ. Put the MMS - 30 drops/quart in his water bowl - (not metal) and make sure that he has no alternative source of water. He'll drink it.
For the tumor, shave the hair off the area and apply a wet plaster with DMSO added @ drop for drop with MMS.

I treated my 100 lb. Doberman with MMS mixed with chicken broth, 4 ozs. every Hour. He loves it. I also rub mms, dmso and equal water on problem areas on his knee with great results.

Hi, i started 2 weeks ago treating my 7yr old 90lb lab with prostate cancer tumors that have spread. started with 1 drop 2x a day, after much reading on many sites. I am now giving 9 drops 6x a day and increasing 1 drop per time every day until he can not tolerate it. I am being very aggressive until he can not tolerate it. I mix equal amount MMS to Critic Acid activator then syringe it straight into his mouth.
he is only eating a little and only meat from my hand, so this is my only option. Good Luck, Donna

I have been reading about using dmso/cd for cancer treatment. I am treating my dog. This treatment scares me because of all of the warnings for dmso, and here I am reading that dmso is not necessary.

If the taste is so awful I don't know how to get into my dog. He is picky and will not take anything that tastes bad. Australian Shepherd - common for the breed. They are not big eaters either, he would rather not eat than eat something he doesn't like.

Anyway there is the transdermal method for the dmso/cd for humans but also it is dangerous to come into contact with my skin it can make me sick or smell very bad and I won't be able to smell it on my any thoughts for animal dose or can the mms be mixed with water and sprayed on skin to get into body? also they say cd has to be made fresh for each application and Jim Humble says it will last all day. there is so much conflicting information I don't know who to believe and this is too dangerous to get it wrong.

The General Principle of Making Chlorine Dioxide

WARNING: I cannot emphasize this often enough: you MUST make the chlorine dioxide fresh every time you mix DMSO and chlorine dioxide. Chlorine dioxide is a GAS inside of a liquid and within one-half hour the gas will evaporate. You MUST make a NEW mixture of chlorine dioxide EVERY HOUR!!!

This section will give you the general principle of making chlorine dioxide from sodium chlorite (i.e. MMS) and citric acid.

1) To make one drop of chlorine dioxide mix one drop of sodium chlorite (i.e. MMS) with one drop of 50% citric acid (if you already have 10% citric acid, then use five drops of 10% citric acid for each drop of MMS).

2) To make two drops of chlorine dioxide mix two drops of sodium chlorite (i.e. MMS) with two drops of 50% citric acid.

2) To make three drops of chlorine dioxide mix three drops of sodium chlorite (i.e. MMS) with three drops of 50% citric acid.

You will not exceed three drops at one time. Basically, for EACH drop of MMS add one drop of 50% citric acid.

Now let us apply this principle to learn how to safely "build-up" to the therapeutic doses of chlorine dioxide.

A note about water is in order. Use purified water or distilled water during this protocol, never tap water.

I also would not recommend alkaline water or ozonated water because they may interfere with the chlorine dioxide chemically.

This example makes "three drops" of the DMSO/CD combination.

The patient should avoid liquids as much as possible from waking up in the morning to finishing the twelve hours of this protocol.

The Hourly Treatment (Making 3 Drops)

1) You put THREE drops of MMS in a small glass bowl and then
2) Mix in THREE drops of 50% citric acid, then
3) Stir them together periodically for three minutes, then
(Do NOT Add Any Water)
4) ADD in 6 drops of DMSO (perhaps a little more than 6 drops, each person is a little different)
5) Stir them together periodically for ONE minute, then
(Do NOT Add Any Water)
6) Rub the mixture on your arm, leg, chest and/or back. Rub it such that it is spread very, very thinly.

Do this exactly once an hour for twelve hours. Note that the DMSO is only mixed for one minute before use. Note also that water is never added to this mixture!!

After the twelve hours you can drink purified water and eat healthy foods for the rest of the day.


Papa - what did you use to rub the dmso, water and mms with. I understand you should not let it touch your skin because it can make you sick and cause terrible odor you won't be able to smell. I also want to use this for my dogs knees. Let me know the mixture ratio you used on his knees. how much mms/dmso. you are mixing mms with the citric acid right?

you all keep saying mms, I found this site from another that refers to this as chlorine dioxide which uses mms and when mixed with citric acid makes cd two different things. When you say mms are you referring to mixing with the citric acid and making chlorine dioxide or just the mms alone. I think this seems dumb, but I have to be sure. I am new to this site and have not gotten past the forum as i am asking questions about doses for dogs. Mine is about 75 lbs. Thanks for your patience

penwah114, there is unactivated MMS and activated MMS. Yes it is confusing. Some are using acronyms to define them as MMSU and MMSA.
