try a glass of water and disolve a teaspoon of sodium bicarbonate and zip it up through the nostrals keep nose closed by pressing wit your fingenrs and keep your head between the legs an press from the diafragm ( like your on the toilet ) your will hear your ears pop . this wil spread out the sodium bicarbonate solution in to the sinuses.

repeat 3 or 4 times a day.

works great for me.

I use CDS. Roughly following Jim's formula of 10 drops (MMS) per ounce of water. I produce 6000 ppm CDS, so I use 2 ml of CDS per 1 oz of distilled water. I use a nasal mister bottle ( I dump the Big Pharma nasal spray - that's ugly stuff) rinse it out well. I spray several times a day.

I use a nose sinus wash like this with sodium chloride & sodium bicarbonate packet mixed in the water. When I use just MMS1 and water it burns. I added MMS1, sodium chloride & sodium bicarbonate to the water, it did not burn. I have also added sea salt & MMS1, which did not burn. Are these two methods ok or will they neutralize the MMS?

Sinus mucous is typically either an environmental response (like weather), an allergic response, or a pathogen response. As the sinuses heal, the mucous will also decrease.

The MMS protocol 1000, using drops in my nasals has helped, but has not cleared thing up all the way. I went to protocol 1000+. I add the MMS & DMSO to the nasal wash. Wash my nostril out, blow out the excess liquid, then lay down with my head leaning back. This stings a bit and makes my eyes water, but clears out my sinuses for over 6 hours. I do this two or three times a day.
