Heels were little beter but just for couple of days. My blood tests are same as before i start using MMS, inflamation is still there. Should i continue with 3 drops and how long ? Hi !

Put on your swollen place compress.Use curd ( 2-3 spoon ) +potato + parsley leaf in proportion 1:1:1.Potato you have to grate ( like for apple strudel ) ,parsley you have to chop. All three ingredients mixed together, put on swollen place, cover with compresse and leave over night.
Clean your intestine with coffee enema.
Look over what you eat.

Continue with MMS

we are currently working with a young man with severe arthritis, he was taking pain meds daily before coming to us, there were days when he crawled into a ball and cryed in pain daily. After one week of protocol 2000 and applying CDS, DMSO and water to all of his bones and giving parasite treatment, herbs to boost his immune system, Enema's, bathing in CDS and DMSO and water, black seed oil and MSM he has not had to take any pain relief and has already nervously reduced his medication, this is all in one week. There is light at the end of the tunnel, i am very confident that he will have a good recovery. We have done exceedingly well with Arthritis.

Shone, I'm not sure exactly what you mean by "I feel worse" and I also don't quite know what you're doing - 3 drops an hour, 3 drops a day, or if you've shifted to something else. If that was clearer, we could be a better help.

I`m sorry, i wrote before that i am using protocol 1000, so 3 drops per hour. By "I feel worse" i mean i have more pain in my heels and knee than the last few days.

you need to be doing a bath with 40cc CDS, 20cc DMSO wait to minutes and add solution to bath, soak for a minimum of 20 minutes, do not wash in the tub, not chemicals this is just to soak, the DMSO will carry the CDS through the skin, always ensure your body and bath tub is clean.

You need protocol 2000 but add 1 drop of DMSO to every dose, only add this to each dose in a glass NOT in your daily bottle. Also black seed oil at night and MSM, we also advise immune boosting herbs two hours after protocol. Enema's every 3rd day with CDS and DMSO after the initial flush. Sea water 150 ml per evening with added water if needed, if you do not live by the ocean, purchase sea salt and add water. We always do a parasite cleanse at the begining of health restoration. I am sure if you follow these instructions, you will see improvement within 7 days.

I had severe pain in my heels that kept me from walking and was especially bad in the mornings when waking up....I suffered for a long time until, used dr Christopher skin and bone salve or oil....it gave me immediate relief and after a few weeks of consistent use my heels stop hurting.....not sure if it will help you but 20 dollars or less used 4 to 6 times a day it was a blessing and in the first 2 days I notice a significant reduction...I still use this stuff for many skin bone and tendon issues !
